Save UWL Men's Tennis Program
Dear UW-L Tennis Alumni & Friends,Golf Scramble We hope you can join us for a fun filled weekend of getting reaquainted with old friends, playing some tennis and golf, and helping to save the UW-L Men’s Tennis Team. As many of you know, the administration decided to cut funding to the team, and the only way for the program to continue is through fundraised dollars. The challenge is a huge undertaking for us, but I’m confident that with your help, we can provide what our current athletes need and can continue the strong tradition created by our former players. When I think of what being a part of the program meant to me, I realize how important it is that current and future players have the opportunity to play tennis at UW-L. We cannot let the program die, so please come on August 22-23, and have some fun while supporting a great cause. I hope to see you all! Coach Bill Hehli (Class of 1994) When: Sunday, August 23, 10:00 am shotgun start Where: Fox Hollow Golf Course, La Crosse, WI Cost: $100 per person (See other options) Format: Four person team flighted scramble Registration includes lunch, 18 holes of golf with cart and gift. There will be hole events and prizes for flight winners.  |
