Kwik Trip “Rewards Program”

Kwik Trip has a “Rewards Program” whereby individuals can designate their “cash-back rewards” to a non-profit organization. We are trying to use this promotion to raise money by asking everyone to join the program and use the card. Every time you fill up with gas or buy groceries from Kwik Trip using the card, the men’s program makes a little bit of money if you have designated us as the recipient of the rewards. Individually, it doesn’t seem like much, but if we are able to get a lot of members, it will add up quickly. We would like to use this program as part of our long term fundraising, and because everyone needs gas and groceries, we figure this is an easy way for our supporters to help without digging into their own pockets.

So, if you already have a Kwik Trip credit or debit card, please call Kwik Trip at 1-888-736-5945 and tell them you would like to donate your rewards to “UW-L men’s tennis.” The UW-L Men’s tennis Kwik Trip account number is 156394.

If you don’t have a card, PLEASE SIGN UP FOR ONE TODAY. To get an application, click on the link below. You can also e-mail fekbunch@charter.net or call 1-715-235-2755 and we will mail you an application. This one-page application can be folded and mailed in, and doesn’t even require a stamp. The program pays “rewards” equal to 5% of gas purchases for the first 120 days and 3 cents per gallon thereafter. The program also pays 15% on all purchases in the store, except tobacco, alcohol and lottery tickets.

If you apply for a credit card, the purchases must be charged in order to qualify. If a debit card suits you better you can choose that option, and just swipe the card to have the payment will come out of whatever account you select the following business day.

The key to success of this fundraiser is that you go to Kwik Trip whenever possible, and that you remember to use your Kwik Trip debit or credit card. The more members we have, the more money we will make. Our goal is to have 200+ members and keep building that into the future. If we all pull together, this can really help in our effort to save the UW-L Men’s Tennis Program.
